In this project, I designed a campaign to drive people to attend an exhibition at the Godwin-Ternbach Museum located in Queens College. The design direction for this was to create a creative brief, a moodboard, a physical entity, an online entity, and a catalogue. The inspiration for this campaign came from the Memphis design style because of it's patterns and designs.
However, I wanted to create my own modern twist to it by using bold simple shapes and colors that I picked up from textiles pieces that the exhibit displays. The complexity of the textiles and how they were woven, inspired me to create those forms in a simple modern way. I kept the continuity of the design throughout the campaign but composed it in ways that were unique in each individual form.
